Analytical Report
In this assignment, it asks that we interview a professional in our field of interest about the types of writing styles of writing they conduct. Once the interview is complete, we will write an analytical report based on our findings. This is similar to other research papers I have written in past English classes like synthesis essays. Like a synthesis essay, there are many steps to conducting an analytical research. In both of these papers, it requires the writer to gather a variety of sources and use them in their paper to support their findings. In this assignment, it calls for APA style citations and depending on the instructor a synthesis essay could call for the same type of style. Does the five pages requirement include citations? Where are good places to find sources for the academic and non-academic sources? Do you want a hard copy of the essay once it is complete or have it posted to icon?
